Nightmare Domain Membrane

As the aura of the Nightmare Realm grew ever denser, Angel finally reached its source.

But when he saw the source clearly, his expression changed abruptly.

The source was still a flat, featureless wilderness, but that was only from everyone else's perspective. In Angel's vision, the source was a membrane so thin it was almost like a sieve.

"It really is a Nightmare Domain Membrane!"

Dense Nightmare Realm aura was continuously seeping inward through the holes in the membrane. That familiar feeling allowed Angel to determine almost immediately that this was a thin Nightmare Domain Membrane—or rather, the protective membrane of a semi-channel.

This also meant that this Dream Wilderness truly was an interlayer space between the Nightmare Realm and the Dream Realm.

In other words, as long as it was severed using a special method, it could become a Nightmare Domain!

It was simply somewhat different from the interlayer spaces Angel had encountered before. Its essence was not the real world, but something anchored in the Dream Realm.

Angel's face was slightly pale. The perilous circumstances of encountering the Nightmare Domain at Twilight's grand auction were still vivid in his mind. Frog Lamenter Frog, the red fox lute-player Fox, as well as the Joker Card and Rainbow Dragonfly, had all crawled out from the semi-channel within an interlayer space.

Although these Nightmare Realm creatures had seemingly held no hostility toward him and had mistaken him for someone named Shava, Angel knew very well how much harm they had brought to the Wizarding World of the Southern Region. Even now, the ripples they had caused had yet to subside; they were still gnawing away at and spreading across the Prosperous Continent.

If the semi-channel here were to cause the same kind of aftermath as last time, Angel did not dare
