Angel helped Rhein build trust with the elemental lifeforms of the Tidal Realm while discovering the power and risks of Mad Hatter's Coronation. After Angel and Frod confronted a Mirror Wraith at Star-Lake Castle, Angel stayed behind to study its illusion and investigate the ancient altar.

• Gloria accepted Angel’s offer to create Dream Realm ingredients through the Rhythmic Membrane, while Angel told Rhein and Sanders about Feng’s plan, his Heaven-Bestowed Authority, and Mad Hatter's Coronation.
• Angel opened a Planar Corridor to meet Sanders, then brought Rhein to the Azure Forest Region, where Rhein used Witch's Confession to discuss cooperation with Lushleaf Groot and Palishanya.
• Angel crafted Naimeicui a login device that Mad Hatter's Coronation enhanced, then made more devices for others and agreed to travel with Rhein and Sanders toward the Fire Region gathering.
• Frod investigated a farmer’s ghost with Dru and identified it as a Mirror Wraith whose attacks relied on mirrors, while Angel learned that it was targeting Little Saim.
• Angel and Frod reached Star-Lake Castle as the Mirror Wraith trapped Little Saim and six apprentices in a deathly mirror illusion, and Little Saim’s fire burned the Wraith’s clone and freed the apprentices.
• Frod trapped the Mirror Wraith in a Soul-Absorbing Bottle, while Angel found 360 skeletons at the underground altar and considered their link to a slave purchase thirteen years earlier.
• Angel decided to study the Mirror Wraith’s illusion and the underground altar, while Gloria secretly used poisonous-mushroom camouflage to obtain a Golden Apple from the treant.

Angel investigated the cavern’s ritual and traced its numbered figures to Angelo Silver Badger and Reynolds, whose recovered memories pointed to Nausicaa. Meanwhile, Barro’s attempt to rescue Asberu left Lunke poisoned and fighting the Bloodbreaker’s force alone.

• Angel used Dodolo’s visions to identify the cavern’s altar as an incomplete Four-Cornered Living-Skull Descent Ritual, and Iron Armor Granny identified the summoned eye as Hundred-Eyed Babbit.
• The Mirror Wraith consumed Hundred-Eyed Babbit’s energy and grew stronger, but Angel drove it from Mirror Space and sealed it in the Soul-Absorbing Bottle.
• Iron Armor Granny identified the patterned arm as Ginny Watson’s, while Nis’s investigation linked the numbered tattoos to a report from Sidro Mist Island and the boot emblem to the Badger Family.
• Angel identified the Badger descendant Angelo Silver Badger as a culprit after learning he bore a 19 tattoo, then learned Feiluo’s team had found Reynolds, who bore an X and a 1.
• Cindy questioned Reynolds about Nausicaa, and the name brought back memories of their laboratory escape and his pleas for her to live and be saved.
• Angel reasoned that Nausicaa may have sought a bloodline-compatible hand from the laboratory, while Nis and Iron Armor Granny advised waiting for Reynolds to regain clarity.
• Barro and Boqi found the wounded Asberu in Dock No. 1’s pigsty, but Scarface raised the alarm and the group fled with Lunke and Little Flea.
• Half-Ear revealed the group’s hiding place, and Lunke took a lethal drug and charged the Bloodbreaker’s force so the others could escape.

Angel reunited with Nausicaa and helped her save Lunke, then led her, Nis, and Reynolds toward the laboratory to find Reynolds’s body. They infiltrated the laboratory and fought No. 03, who escaped into Watermark before discovering that its water was unreal.

• Lunke, Barro, and Boqi were badly injured during their escape, but Nausicaa killed Master Man and Little Flea helped care for the survivors.
• Angel found Reynolds on Reefrock Island, then reunited with Nausicaa in the Dream Wilderness and brought help for Lunke, who chose to endure Forging Water rather than accept a simple restoration.
• Nausicaa explained how Reynolds had given her his Soul Armament, and Witch Maya divined a lead as Reynolds described the laboratory and its dangerous subjects and staff.
• Angel led Nausicaa, Nis, and Reynolds through the Sea-Splitting Water Wall into the laboratory, where they met Feiluo fighting a mechanical head.
• Dangros and Ermi helped conceal Feiluo’s power as he charged his Flame Lawfield, then Feiluo used it to suppress the mechanical head and force No. 03 to emerge.
• Feiluo and Nis attacked No. 03, but she escaped into Watermark and mocked them from its Crystal District before discovering that the pool’s water was not real.

Angel, Nis, Kant, and their allies investigated the Laiyi Association’s laboratory, uncovering its Soul Armament experiments and surviving defenses while searching for its main control node. No. 03 remained trapped outside as the group moved toward the upper levels, and Angel detected an unexplained energy fluctuation on the first floor.

• Angel questioned No. 03, who identified the laboratory as a Laiyi Association facility and described its sacrifices, Soul Armament research, and links to the Quest World.
• No. 03 tried to escape into the Wave Mechanist, but Feiluo held her in the Flame Lawfield while the group prepared to enter the laboratory.
• Nis recruited Kant, who joined Angel, Nis, and Reynolds in exploring the laboratory and warned them about the mysterious person Feiluo had encountered and the waves of law.
• Nis and Kant explored the display rooms, fought Hunting Sequences, and took several preserved organs while Angel studied and controlled the laboratory’s Authority Eyes and magic patterns.
• The group captured X9, X5, and X2, and Reynolds explained that they had been assigned to ambush him and that X3, whom he knew as Song, could control sea beasts.
• Nis found No. 23 alive among the medical records and corpses, but No. 23 sent a signal that Kant suppressed before the group secured the transmission sector and collected research records.
• Angel concluded that the main control node was most likely on the first floor as No. 03 weighed whether to leave the Mechanist Core and use a strange fruit pit.
• Nis, Kant, and Reynolds set out to find a route to the fifth level while Angel searched the first floor and detected an energy fluctuation unrelated to the magic energy array.
