It was also the day the Magic Association was founded on Sea Star.

the Magic Association, with Joseph as its first president, received barely any attention and remained exceedingly low-key.
After all, cooks could be found almost everywhere, while mages were few and far between on Sea Star.
Few and far between might have been a slight exaggeration.
Since the Elf Race from the Zero Magic World had moved to Alabasta, there were now nearly a hundred thousand elf mages.
But most elves could do little more than light a fire or conjure some water.
Other than those elves gifted in ancestral magic, their daily training still focused on Swordsmanship and archery.
But how could fewer than a hundred thousand compare to the hundreds of millions of cooks?
More importantly, they were all elves.

Brimir's four-element magic system simply could not be used.

Perhaps it would eventually allow many human mages from the Zero Magic World to gain physiques capable of producing magic power on their own.
