On Integrating Teigu World

I'd been hesitating over whether to merge Teigu World with Sea Star.

If they merged, Teigu people would become Sea Star People. Would that really be appropriate?

After all, the World Government's current stance was that Sea Star People held a somewhat higher status than people from other worlds.

Turning Otherworld people into Sea Star People on such a massive scale, I was worried it might cause certain problems.
