Kaido laughed. "I'm an admiral at Marine Headquarters now. There aren't many positions in the World Government with greater power than this."
Divine Harmony immediately replied, "Your military authority is public power, granted to you by the World Government only for the duration of your post. At the end of the day, it will never truly belong to you."
"Setting everything else aside, can you have the naval officers under your command remain by Yamato's side long-term?"
