Tengen Uzui sat behind his desk, wearing the Sea Shadow's conical hat.
He handled official business through the holographic virtual displays floating around him.
Across from him sat administrative adviser Shikaku Nara and the First Sea Shadow, Fukurokuju.
"Has someone been sent to Gintama Star?"
Tengen Uzui looked at Fukurokuju as he asked.
The First Sea Shadow was now in charge of Konoha's Education Department.
His primary work involved coordinating with the World Government's Education Department.
He supervised and established the specific ninja curriculum for the various ninja academies and Ninja Villages.
He also trained and managed professional ninja instructors.
Gintama Star had a large number of highly capable ninjas, as well as a Ninja Village called Unknowing Fire. They definitely had to take it over.
"This afternoon—"
Before Fukurokuju could answer, there was suddenly a knock on the door.
"Come in."
Tengen Uzui gestured for him to wait a moment.
Then Shinku Yūhi pushed the door open and entered.

"This is..." Tengen Uzui looked puzzled.

Shinku Yūhi unfurled the scroll, and with a bang, white smoke burst out.
The three men paid it no mind, focusing instead on what had appeared within the smoke.

Fukurokuju, wearing sunglasses, voiced his surprise.
There were stacks of bound books and magazines.
"Naruto. Is this a new release from the Publicity Department?"
Shikaku Nara casually picked one up and examined it.
"Wait, who's this blond kid on the cover?"
"And it's Volume One?"
