Chapter Summaries

After Naraku begged for forgiveness, Inuyasha and Sango struggled to punish him for his past crimes. Naraku offered to enter the Top 100 Combat Power Tournament and use its wish to revive Sango’s family, and Inuyasha reluctantly let him live for now.

A researcher captured control of their ship and estimated their combat power at the average level of an A-Class Hero.

• Jiwei and Mata arrived in the unexplored star system GE-64209 and ordered Matrix to scan its planets for signs of ONE.
• Matrix identified the third planet as a habitable world with technology resembling Earth in the 2020s, so Jiwei and Mata prepared to land.
• Jiwei and Mata landed in stealth, unaware that artificial satellites had tracked them and a researcher had discovered their spacecraft.
• The researcher took control of the spacecraft and sent robots and drones to capture Jiwei and Mata, who fought their way toward the planet's interior.
• The researcher's artificial intelligence estimated Mata's physical strength at 1965 and Jiwei's at 2236, placing their combat power at the average level of an A-Class Hero.

After escaping the mechanical army, Jiwei hid in Z City and tried to find food and water while planning to rescue Mata. He saved two police officers from Grasshopper Man, then woke up in a police station and learned that the authorities believed he worked for ABC Bank.

• Jiwei emerged from a dumpster, remembered Mata’s sacrifice, and decided to find out who had attacked them and rescue her.
• Jiwei collected a bottle, filled it with tap water, and headed toward a park while avoiding crowds and surveillance cameras.
• Grasshopper Man attacked two police officers, and Jiwei used Soru and Tekkai to stop the monster and crush its head, then fainted from exhaustion.
• The police officers took Jiwei to their station, where he woke the next morning receiving an IV.

Jiwei impressed Silver Fang, Bang, by using his self-described Water Breathing, and Bang invited him to visit his dojo. After Jiwei arrived, he learned that Bang’s dojo had lost all its disciples, and Bang asked him to help clean.

• Bang recognized Jiwei’s Water Breathing and destroyed the spider monsters without making a visible move.
• Jiwei told Bang he had developed Water Total Concentration Breathing himself, and Bang invited him to his dojo to exchange ideas and see his swordsmanship.

G-4 identified Jiwei as an alien and demanded that he come with it, leaving Jiwei wondering whether his attackers had arranged his identity after all.

• Princia rapidly formed the Ophiuchus Star Group Army with support from the Otherworld Strategy Committee, Magitech Institute, and Mage Association.
• Imu found Demon Spirit Star in space and confronted its will as it transformed into a gigantic scarlet Demon Spirit Butterfly.

Moria and Six-Tails Saiken traveled to Wano Island and approached New Konoha Village to learn about the Nara clan's Shadow Escape Technique. Their arrival alarmed the six shinobi clans, and Shikaku Nara prepared to receive them with Fugaku Uchiha as backup.

• The Demon Spirit Moon appeared over Sea Star, making it easier for people to cultivate spiritual power and foreshadowing the rise of Yoma and ghosts.
