Luo Hong pursued Ma Liang to the Thunderclap Continent, defeated him, and uncovered the threat tied to Han Li’s Sky Stealing Bottle. He then allied with Baohua on Dragon Island, secured two Guang Ling Dao Fruits, and entered a confrontation with the True Dragon Clan’s plans.

• Luo Hong killed Red Coral King, forced Fury Tide King to guide him, and pursued Ma Liang to the Thunderclap Continent, where Ma Liang slaughtered clans for blood sacrifices.
• Luo Hong warned the Sky Cloud clans that Ma Liang was destroying their territories, then persuaded them to direct Ma Liang toward the Jiao Chi Race.

He drew Wang Zhong, Qian Boyan, and Lou Guangshou into a trap, but their attack forced him to reveal his strength and escape.
