• Luo Hong exchanged an ancient text with Su Yuan, then met Ling Yuling, who shared her research on Heavenly Spiritual Roots and learned from him about Acquired Spiritual Roots.
• After the Inverse Star Alliance attacked Nanming Island, Luo Hong and Han Li escaped to Qiyuan Island, where Luo Hong began upgrading spirit pearls and Han Li gave him Golden Lightning Bamboo.
• Luo Hong rescued Wei Changqing and the Azure Spirit Sect disciples from the Blood Moon Sect, took Fan Mengyi as his disciple, and destroyed Blood Moon Island.
• After fifteen years of cultivation, Luo Hong helped Fan Mengyi master refining Primordial Heavy Water and prepared to test Super Five Elements Divine Thunder.

Luo Hong entered the Demon Race Holy Land to find Fan Mengyi and became entangled in Wen Tianren’s scheme for the Spirit Opening Demonic Flame. After escaping Star Luo Island’s battles, he was struck by Purple Heaven Divine Thunder and left severely injured at sea.

• Fan Mengyi rescued Gongsun Yu’s group from Cloaked Swallows, but an Eye-Parasite Beast’s spiritual shockwave knocked her unconscious, and the group carried her away as Luo Hong discovered she was missing.
• Luo Hong learned that Ling Yuling was at Star Luo Island and followed the demons into the Holy Land, where he crossed the Black Iron Gate and infiltrated Wen Tianren’s group.
• Luo Hong exposed the formations guarding the Holy Land’s path, helped the cultivators break through, and warned Ling Yuling that Wen Tianren had set a trap on the Black Stone Steps.
• Wen Tianren revealed the Six Extremes Manifestation and attacked Luo Hong, who defeated its projections, then carried Ling Yuling up the pressure-bound steps and stopped Wen Tianren’s scheme.
• At the summit, Ling Yuling explained Wen Tianren’s plan to use the Spirit Opening Demonic Flame to control Demon Beasts, and gave Luo Hong a jade slip about Purple Heaven Divine Thunder.

Luo Hong and Han Li escaped Feng Xi, reunited with Fan Mengyi, and raided the Inverse Star Alliance’s stronghold to obtain an Empty Bright Stone. After rescuing Yuan Yao from an assassination mission, they learned she planned to risk everything to save Yan, and Luo Hong offered her a Heavenly Demon Pill.

• Luo Hong survived Feng Xi’s capture, recovered his cultivation, and met Han Li, who had also been taken to Feng Xi’s underwater abode.
• Luo Hong and Han Li sabotaged Feng Xi’s attempt to refine the Wind-Thunder Wings, escaped the cave, and completed the wings before seeking Ling Yuling’s help to reach the Inner Sea.
• Luo Hong and Han Li reunited with Fan Mengyi, who won her duel against the Flower Between Sect before Luo Hong defeated its master and took her away.
