William exposed the Federation’s role in the Buenos Aires disaster, seized control of its government, and prepared Umbrella and the New Federation to exterminate the Arachnid Swarm. As the campaign began, John and Ivan’s forces landed on OM-1 to hunt Bihankoto.

• William captured the brain bug and used its testimony, Carl’s account, and Serena’s broadcasts to reveal that the Federation had allowed the Buenos Aires meteor through.
• William led Umbrella’s forces to Geneva, where John’s troops seized Federation headquarters and Ivan’s squad captured the Aegis of Zeus.
• William publicly tried and sentenced the former Grand Marshals and generals who knew about the Buenos Aires incident, then promised reforms to the New Federation government.
• William arranged inter-universe trade with Constantine and learned that Halsey, Rebecca, and 049 had developed the Exterminator virus to kill the Arachnids and prevent them from reproducing.
• Halsey told William she could build a Quantum Bomb prototype within half a year, and William agreed to transfer Li Mu and have another child with her after she completed it.
• Umbrella and the New Federation prepared the Exterminator virus, opened applications for Mars immigration, and dispatched forces to spread the virus across Arachnid-controlled planets.
• John and Ivan led troops onto OM-1 to search for Bihankoto, and Rico detonated an Individual Nuclear Bomb against an approaching Arachnid swarm.

William oversaw Umbrella’s expansion, weapons development, and containment of two anomalous teddy bears before a dimensional passage opened to a world under attack by Skynet. He led a force through the passage to confront the machines threatening humanity.

• John released Cortana’s virus in Bihankoto’s hive, and the infected insects spread it across the planet as William sent troops to confirm the result.
• William helped settle Rico, Tiz, and Carmen into Umbrella life, supported Nova’s university plans, and approved a military academy for training agents under Li Mu.
• Catherine Russell’s team developed Quantum Bombs, destroyed Barnard b with the first one, and completed a Terminator Power Armor prototype that let Astartes teleport short distances.
• UBCS troops destroyed the Ear Teddy Bear at the Odora home and secured Projects A and B, whose anomalous plush liver replaced failing organs without rejection.
• William assigned Project B to Damocles as Teddy Bear and approved Project A’s transfer to the Space Containment Center after Tina investigated the deaths.
• The system revealed a passage to a 2026 world where Skynet was killing humanity, and William mobilized Umbrella forces after a T-800 emerged and attacked the UBCS troops.
• William crossed the passage with Keisha, Teddy Bear, John, Mylon, and Carl, followed by one thousand Custodes and two hundred Terminators.

William led Umbrella and the Resistance to destroy Skynet’s Time Machine facility, then returned to Hafa with Serena and the others. Back at Umbrella, he explored ways to give artificial intelligences living bodies before overseeing a Nanite Serum experiment and responding to Serena’s desire for intimacy.

• William established a forward base in a ruined mall, rescued scavengers from a Terminator, and learned that Skynet was imprisoning humans for experiments.
• William led an assault on the concentration camp near Boulder City, freed its prisoners, and discovered Skynet had developed Living Skin Terminators and planned to build a Time Machine.
• William met John Connor, explained the time-travel paradox behind John’s existence, and joined forces with the Resistance to attack Skynet’s Los Angeles facility.
• William’s forces destroyed the pyramid facility and its Time Machine after Serena copied Skynet’s technology, while Keisha’s Bio-Shield protected the Resistance and Custodians from the explosion.
• William and the Terminator: Resistance characters returned to Hafa, where Serena confirmed the dimensional passage had closed and the system assured William that his subordinates would accept the arrival of 1.5 billion people.
• William took Serena to Rebecca Chambers and discussed combining Terminator technology with living tissue, but Rebecca warned that artificial ova could not produce healthy, long-lived children.
• William and Serena watched four D-Class subjects receive Rebecca’s Nanite Serum, which killed three and left one survivor for further experiments.
• Serena confessed that she wanted physical intimacy with William, and he agreed to another kind of physical pleasure despite concluding they could not have sex in the full sense.

Li Lie’s undercover mission in Romania uncovered Vlad III and a nest of Vampires, prompting William’s forces to rescue him and contain the threat. After touring Mars and Reach, William returned home, where Ivan learned that a deadly meteor attack in France required him to join an operation.

• William and Halsey discussed Skynet’s time loop, agreed not to develop time travel, and planned new equipment and an AI for Ivan.
• Yelena visited Li Mu at the academy, while Li Lie worked undercover with Flynn’s mercenaries on an excavation at Vlad III’s castle.
• Professor Quill’s team opened the tomb and encountered Vampires, and Li Lie used Black Tyrant serum and a Beam Saber to hold them off.
• Robert and the Limit Legion rescued Li Lie and the surviving mercenaries, killed the Vampires, and captured Vlad III.
• William questioned Dracula with Professor Quell, then arranged memory modifications for the expedition members and sent Fleet Zero to Mars.
• William toured Mars and Reach, inspected the unfinished Star Killer-class flagship, and returned to Russell Manor to tell Halsey about the trip and Li Lie’s enhancements.
• At St. Mary’s, Megan revealed to Ivan that she was an AI in a T-X body and reported that meteors had killed thousands in Fiac Town.
• Megan told Ivan that William had ordered him to join the operation in France, and Ivan left with Nova and Megan.
