"Keep these people under control and wait for the technicians to arrive. Then modify their memories."
"Yes."
The ten Praetorian Astartes replied in their chilling metallic voices before directly capturing all of Vought's senior executives, including Translucent, The Deep, and Edgar, with overwhelming force.
After the Praetorian Astartes escorted the group away, the conference hall once again became spacious.
Only William, Heros, Wanda, Serena, Maeve, and Starlight remained.
After the battle between Heros and Homelander had ended, the unconscious Homelander had been taken away by the Ghost Agents to undergo experiments conducted by Halsey and Rebecca.
At the same time, William had asked Serena to notify the forward base and dispatch a DR-7 Transport Boat equipped with Optical Camouflage to bring ten Praetorian Astartes to assist him in capturing Vought's senior executives.
Before long, technicians carrying professional equipment would arrive one after another at Vought Tower, located in the center of Manhattan.
They would purge the employees loyal to Vought, then use Memory Modification technology on the executives who knew about Compound V, giving them a brief memory alteration that would make them completely forget Compound V's existence.
Although the vast majority of the Super Heroes under Vought had completely lost their image and reputation in the public's eyes, that did not mean every hero had been rejected.
Maeve, Starlight, and the other righteous heroes who adhered to their principles and bottom lines were still well-loved by the public, to say nothing of Heros, who had stolen all of Homelander's spotlight.
Therefore, William absolutely could not allow the truth about Compound V to become public. Doing so would be like destroying his own foundation and completely losing the Super Hero effect.
After the irrelevant
