Because of everything Father Nick had done, including when he had questioned him again and again.
He had not answered because he simply could not hold out any longer, especially with so many people watching.
So if Hange did not get to the bottom of this, how could he still face anyone?
At the time, Nick did not care about any of that. He simply kept silent.
He even treated him like air, completely ignoring his existence.
"I'm giving you one last chance. If you fail to seize it this time—"
"I'll throw you straight off this tower. Do you see how high it is?"
"You'll be smashed to pieces. Don't think I'm joking with you."
"My patience with you has run out."
At that moment, Hange truly could not control his emotions.
He felt that Nick did not take him seriously. Leaving aside how long he had been questioning him—
he still refused to answer. It was as if he did not consider him important at all.
So Hange was truly furious then and wanted to throw him down.
All because he wanted to thoroughly uncover the truth about the Titan's face.
"Do whatever you want. If you really have the nerve, throw me down right now."
"Do you really think I'm afraid of you? Stop dragging this out."
At last, the Titan spoke, but his tone was even more indifferent than before.
He kept speaking to Hange as well.
He felt that Hange's endless rambling in front of him was truly unbearable.
If he really wanted to make a move, he should hurry up. He accused others of being indecisive, yet he was no better himself.
When Hange heard Nick say this, he was utterly stunned.
He had not expected that Nick would not be intimidated at all.
