After sharing the dungeon spoils, he joined Jiang Jin Jiu’s plan to use A Zi to lure Ding Chunqiu, with the group heading toward Mirror Lake through Zhu Danchen.

• Wei Xiaobao gave Ye Weiming seven language dictionaries, and Ye Weiming later trained his manuals before Venerable Huang warned him about the cruel method behind the Divine Dragon Grand Skill.
• Ye Weiming accepted a quest to save Zhan Zhao at Cold Mountain Temple, where he volunteered to impersonate the constable and lure out the killer.

Ye Weiming revived A Zhu, helped kill Ding Chunqiu’s clone, and investigated the forces behind the Six Great Sects’ planned siege of Bright Summit. After uncovering a conspiracy and learning Xiao Qiao had been swindled, he gathered friends to help her recover her property and punish the scammer.

• Ye Weiming revived A Zhu at great cost, and she later gave him the Sanskrit Scripture before she and Xiao Feng left for the frontier.
• Ye Weiming and his allies lured Ding Chunqiu to White Bone Cave, where Ye Weiming killed A Zi to stop Ding Chunqiu from using her as a hostage, then helped kill Ding Chunqiu’s clone.

After helping defeat Yuwen Shang and making a new alliance with Kou Zhong and Xu Ziling, he prepared to ambush Yuwen Huaji in Xuzhou.

• Xiao Qiao revealed that she had joined the migration to search for her missing brother, and Ye Weiming’s group helped her recover her stolen Obsidian Jade Twin Swords from Ye Weiyang’s accomplices.
