There he learned the tragedy behind Yi Deng and Ying Gu’s feud and was asked to enter Peach Blossom Island’s marriage contest as Yi Deng’s successor.

• Ye Weiming prepared for Zhang Sanfeng’s birthday banquet, obtained the Śūraṅgama Sūtra and Rebirth Mantra from the Sweeping Monk, and gained the Rite of Passage skill.
• Ye Weiming revealed Yin Susu’s role in Yu Daiyan’s injury, proposed healing Yu Daiyan with the Divine Illumination Scripture, and helped reconcile Zhang Cuishan, Yin Susu, and the Wudang Seven Heroes.
• Ye Weiming faced five player representatives in a duel and defeated them, then joined the Wudang players in killing Lu Zhangke after Zhang Sanfeng rescued Zhang Wuji.
• Ye Weiming misdirected the major sects about how to find Xie Xun, ending their immediate threat to Wudang, and received rewards from Zhang Sanfeng and Venerable Huang.

• Yi Deng told Ye Weiming that Peach Blossom Island would hold a marriage contest whose victors could request favors, and asked him to enter as Yi Deng’s successor.

Ye Weiming competed in Huang Yaoshi’s marriage contest, won One Yang Finger, and helped Xiao Qiao preserve her Art of Mutual Combat. He then investigated Ma Dayuan’s murder, exposed Kang Min and Bai Shijing’s role in framing Qiao Feng, and left the Beggar’s Sect preparing to uncover the Leader Brother’s identity.

• Ye Weiming accepted Yi Deng’s contest quest and received the One Yang Finger manual, while Xiao Qiao took Ying Gu’s quest and Dao Mei planned to strengthen her martial arts before seeking a Bureau trial.
• Ye Weiming and Xiao Qiao flew to Peach Blossom Island, where Huang Yaoshi admitted them and the Peach Blossom Array separated them before they reunited with the other contestants.
• Ye Weiming endured the masters’ sound attacks to win the first contest, then fought Ouyang Feng in the tree-top match and knocked him down.
• Ye Weiming accepted fourth place so Xiao Qiao could keep her Art of Mutual Combat, then won the overall contest and asked Huang Yaoshi to release Zhou Botong.

• Sanyue used the Soul Shifting Great Method to question Kang Min, who confessed to reading Gang Leader Wang’s letter and conspiring with Bai Shijing to murder Ma Dayuan and frame the Gusu Murong Clan.
• Bai Shijing confessed and killed himself, while Qiao Feng restrained Quan Guanqing and rewarded Ye Weiming, Fei Yu, and Sanyue with Eighteen Dragon Subduing Palms techniques as Elder Xu’s allies moved to uncover the Leader Brother’s identity.

Ye Weiming helped Dao Mei kill Xiang Wentian, then accepted Feng Qingyang’s quest to defeat Ren Woxing in exchange for the complete Dugu Nine Swords. To reach Ren Woxing, Ye Weiming and his companions challenged the Four Friends of Plum Manor, and Huang Zhonggong began testing Ye Weiming’s swordsmanship.

• Kang Min was killed by an unseen attacker before she could name Leader Brother, while the Beggar’s Sect executed Quan Guanqing.
• Ye Weiming and his companions defeated Yu Zhenzi, rescued A Zhu and A Bi, and helped expose First Rank Hall’s attack on the Beggar’s Sect.
• Ye Weiming escorted Helian Tieshu and Ye Erniang to the Heavenly Prison, where Venerable Huang assigned him a special mission with Dao Mei to infiltrate the Sun Moon Holy Cult.
• Ye Weiming, Dao Mei, and Slipper One-Blade Slash killed Xiang Wentian, but Feng Qingyang challenged Ye Weiming’s plan to kill his normal-mode body and offered the Dugu Nine Swords manual for defeating Ren Woxing within ten days.
• Ye Weiming recruited Sheng Tian Banzi and Xuan Xiaobi, studied new palm techniques, and led his companions to Plum Manor to gain access to Ren Woxing.
• Ye Weiming defeated Ding Jian, Dan Qingsheng, and Tubi Weng in Plum Manor’s challenges, while Xuan Xiaobi received a Judge’s Brush and Sheng Tian Banzi drew Heibaizi into a Go match.

Ye Weiming defeated Ren Woxing, advanced his swordsmanship, and helped Dao Mei raid a Japanese pirate camp, where she restored her power by draining Hattori Senjun. The story left Ye Weiming aboard a Jin Kingdom ship, bargaining with Wanyan Hong Lie to get Hong Qigong, Guo Jing, Huang Rong, and Tianwang Gaidihu safely away.

• Ye Weiming defeated Ren Woxing by exhausting his inner strength and having Ah Huang bite him to death, then collected his techniques and left a puppet in the prison to conceal the death.
• Ye Weiming claimed Dugu Nine Swords from Feng Qingyang, fused it with Sky Shaking Nine Swords, and used insights from Ren Woxing to improve his skills before burying him.
• Ye Weiming and Dao Mei joined Qin Hongshang to attack the Ronin Camp, where Ye Weiming used Thunderclap Fire Bombs and Youyou’s poisonous mist to weaken the Japanese Pirates.
• Dao Mei severed Inoue Chacha’s arm and drained Hattori Senjun’s inner power, then Ye Weiming killed the weakened boss and shared his loot with her.
• Ye Weiming and Dao Mei flew to Guo Jing’s ship, where Ye Weiming helped fight Peng Lian Hu, Sha Tong Tian, Master Lingzhi, and Ouyang Ke, while Dao Mei killed Sha Tong Tian.
• Huang Rong told Ye Weiming that Ouyang Feng had poisoned Hong Qigong and offered him three valuable lotus seeds if he got their group safely away.
• Ye Weiming demanded that Wanyan Hong Lie provide a small boat, then threatened to seize the ship after Wanyan Hong Lie refused and Ouyang Feng attacked.
