As dawn approached, Uchiha Daiki, acting as the temporary captain, led Hyuga Koji and Uzuki Sen into a Konoha reinforcement unit.

To everyone's surprise, the person leading the unit was Uchiha Fugaku, the current Clan Head of the Uchiha Clan.

After listening to Uchiha Daiki and the others explain the enemies they had encountered the previous night and how the battle had unfolded, Uchiha Fugaku gained a newfound respect for Uchiha Daiki's strength.

"Since we've run into each other, return to the unit, Daiki."

Uchiha Fugaku reminded Hyuga Koji and Uzuki Sen.

The two exchanged a glance before ultimately deciding to return and join the other units.

Before leaving, they both walked over to Uchiha Daiki.

Hyuga Koji said.

"Me too. Thank you for saving me, Daiki."

A strange glimmer shone in Uzuki Sen's clear eyes as she looked earnestly into Uchiha Daiki's.

"Stay alive."

Uchiha Daiki told them both.

After they parted ways, Uchiha Daiki was assigned to a team with three other Uchiha clan members. They split off from the main force and headed to another section of the battlefield to provide support.

They were Uchiha Tekka, Uchiha Inabi, and Uchiha Yashiro.

All three appeared to be only in their early twenties.

Yet their strength had already reached the level of Jonin.

They had also all awakened the Two-Tomoe Sharingan.

Seeing that Uchiha Fugaku had actually assigned the three of them to a team with an unknown kid like Uchiha Daiki, they clearly showed their disdain.
