Vol. 2The Tailed Beasts and the Red Yang Trap

Uchiha Daiki forced nations to submit, gathered tailed beasts, and trapped an allied army before confronting Akatsuki’s plans. After revealing Black Zetsu’s betrayal to Obito Uchiha, Daiki saw Obito turn against Black Zetsu as he tried to revive Madara Uchiha.

Arc 5The Submission of the Hidden Villages

Uchiha Daiki forced the Land of Water and Sunagakure to submit to the Land of Fire while pursuing their Tailed Beasts. Akatsuki continued its plans, and Rasa prepared to replace the Land of Wind’s Daimyo with a new regime.

  • Uchiha Daiki raised Kirigakure and much of the Land of Water into the sky until Karatachi Yagura and the village submitted, then gave Yagura three days to settle affairs.
  • Uchiha Daiki took Utakata and Isobu back to Konoha, where Obito Uchiha attacked and stole the Three-Tails before Daiki drove him into the Kamui Dimension.

Arc 6Forests, Nations, and Tailed Beasts

Uchiha Daiki transformed the Land of Wind, expanded his influence, and confronted Iwagakure while pursuing the tailed beasts before Akatsuki could capture them. After defeating Roshi, he persuaded the Four-Tails and its Jinchūriki to accompany him to Konoha, then continued searching for the other Jinchūriki.

  • Uchiha Daiki demonstrated Wood Style, taught its principles to Konoha’s ninjas, and announced plans to transform the Land of Wind while pursuing reforms to encourage other countries to join willingly.
  • Uchiha Daiki turned the Land of Wind’s desert into fertile forests and farmland, while Rasa took the daimyo’s throne and the Fourth Raikage and Ōnoki prepared for Daiki’s growing power.

Arc 7The Red Yang Trap

Uchiha Daiki gathered the Four-Tails and Five-Tails, returned to Konoha after Obito Uchiha’s attack, and helped rescue Naruto Uzumaki. As the Akatsuki pursued more Tailed Beasts and Ōnoki led an alliance against Konoha, Daiki trapped the invading army inside the Four Red Yang Formation.

  • Uchiha Daiki persuaded Han to follow him, then raised a vast road across the sea and brought Roshi and Han to Kirigakure.
  • Obito Uchiha attacked Konoha, killed Kushina Uzumaki, and took baby Naruto, while Uchiha Shisui subdued the Nine-Tails.
  • Uchiha Daiki returned to Konoha, convinced the Nine-Tails to consider his plans, and let Minato Namikaze and Kakashi pursue Obito into the Kamui Dimension.

Arc 8The Unmasking of Akatsuki

Uchiha Daiki defeated the Land of Earth’s resistance and intervened as Akatsuki attacked Kumogakure and pursued the Two-Tails and Eight-Tails. After exposing Obito Uchiha to the truth behind the Infinite Tsukuyomi, Daiki gained his help against Black Zetsu, who moved to revive Madara Uchiha through Nagato Uzumaki.

  • Uchiha Daiki learned Dust Release from Ōnoki, killed him after he attacked, and demanded that the Stone Village and allied small nations choose submission or resistance.
  • Kitsuchi and nearly a thousand Stone Village ninjas trapped Daiki in a massive earth sphere, but Daiki emerged with an enormous Susanoo and killed them when they chose to fight.
  • Uchiha Daiki left the surrendered forces to organize the Land of Earth and traveled alone to Kumogakure, where Pain's Six Paths were attacking.
