"That old bastard Damalanchi is still as violent as ever. If he can't obtain something, he destroys it. He really is ruthless. Did he think Legendary Beasts were so easy to deal with?"
"If human firearms could deal with Legendary Beasts, I wouldn't have spent all of Team Rocket's resources creating them." Sakaki scoffed at Damalanchi's actions.
Sure enough, when Rayquaza used Dragon Ascent to destroy the missiles, Sakaki knew Damalanchi was beyond saving.
"Cang, Qiong, make every preparation for war with the League. After today, our relationship with the League will be a matter of either their death or ours."
"Damalanchi will treat this mission's failure as a terrorist attack by Team Rocket against the League. This isn't the first time he's pinned the blame on Team Rocket." Sakaki knew Damalanchi's character all too well.
"The operation to capture Rayquaza mobilized seven of the League's Elite Four and a large number of League elites. He even privately deployed six armed helicopters loaded with missiles, only for everything to end in failure. What do you think Damalanchi will do to preserve his position?"
"He'll suppress Team Rocket with all his might and frame it as a counterterrorism incident." Looking at the six armed helicopters destroyed after being struck by Rayquaza's Dragon Pulse, Sakaki burst into laughter.
"Tell Qing Wu to investigate the Psychic Power telepathy technology of Da Zhi Sheng Tian of the Petalburg Group with all his might. I think the breakthrough in the Mewtwo project should lie in this technology." Sakaki spoke to Cang.
"Yes, Boss," Cang said respectfully.
