The Great Dao then established a new Heavenly Dao and helped Human Emperor Di Xin become a Saint, while the Human Realm was sealed off from cultivators for a hundred years.

  • Jiang Ziya offered his blood, cursed the Heavenly Dao, and made a Great Vow never to become a Saint before the tribulation ended.
  • The Great Dao sensed Jiang Ziya's blood and the Great Shang people's resentment, then shattered the Primordial Universe's Heavenly Dao.

  • The Human Dao reached minor accomplishment, and Di Xin ordered the people to end their prayers and proclamations.

Ch. 173Human Sect's Third Disciple, Congruent Three Realms

After Di Xin’s Human Dao teaching produced a new generation of disciples, Tongtian explained Jiang Ziya’s Congruent Dao and began preparing the realms needed for it. He went to the Netherworld to ask Houtu for help establishing the Asura Realm.

  • Di Xin taught at Mount Tai for eighty-one days, then accepted more than a thousand Human Dao disciples and chose Zhang Tianhua, Earth Dragon Son, and Wang Piao as his personal disciples.
  • Tongtian told Jiang Ziya that he would become a Saint through the Congruent Dao and described it as a balance among coexisting realms.
  • Jiang Ziya accepted Tongtian’s explanation and began cultivating in seclusion on Golden Ao Island.
  • Tongtian reasoned that the Heavenly Dao would obstruct Jiang Ziya, so he set out to establish the Asura Realm and Spirit Realm; Nuwa had already secured the Demon Race’s agreement to join the Spirit Realm.

  • Tongtian’s primordial spirit searched the stars and found the enormous, life-filled Star of Harmony in the Dead Silent Star Sea.
  • Tongtian copied every Asura in the Asura Realm, concealed their presence, and moved them to the Star of Harmony, where his incarnation had prepared protective formations.
