After Spirit Hall attacked the Shrek group, Han Yuchen helped them escape and everyone went their separate ways to grow stronger. He then traveled north with Leng Yuebai and the Three-tailed Star Fox, uncovered a search for the Star Core Fragment, and reached the Great Northern Ice Plains as his Soul Power began to loosen at level forty-seven.

• Bibi Dong tried to seize Xiao Wu, but Han Yuchen and Leng Yuebai intervened before Tang Hao arrived and battled Bibi Dong while Han Yuchen teleported the group to a hidden valley.
• Xiao Wu returned to the Star Dou Great Forest, Tang San left with Tang Hao, and the Shrek group pledged to reunite stronger after pursuing separate goals.
• Han Yuchen set out with Leng Yuebai and the Three-tailed Star Fox to find a Star Core in the Extreme North Land, then helped Leng Yuebai overcome an unstable surge that made her absorb his Power of Stars.
• Bibi Dong ordered Yue Guan and Gui Mei to investigate Han Yuchen and Leng Yuebai as the trio continued north toward the Star Core Fragment.
• Han Yuchen and Leng Yuebai found a village destroyed by Wolf Bandits and fought off the bandits, with Leng Yuebai disabling their leader after it ambushed Han Yuchen.
• Han Yuchen read the dying leader’s mind and learned that a black-robed Evil Spirit Master had sent the Wolf Bandits north to find special ore in exchange for an evolution potion.
• Han Yuchen recognized the ore in the bandits’ Curved Blades as related to the Star Core Fragment and continued north, where the Great Northern Ice Plains’ energies began loosening his level-forty-seven bottleneck.

Han Yuchen subdued an Ice Jade Scorpion, absorbed a Star Core Fragment, and entered the City of Slaughter, where he disrupted the Holy Spirit Cult’s plan and helped Tang San escape Purgatory. He then traveled to Heaven Dou City with Leng Yuebai, investigated Xue Qinghe, and faced Marquis Tie Lin’s attack at the newly opened Star Gazing Pavilion.

• Han Yuchen subdued the Ice Jade Scorpion, named it Xiao Lu, and followed it to a cave containing a Star Core Fragment, which he absorbed to break through his cultivation bottleneck and gain the Starry Sky Ring.
• Han Yuchen defeated three Holy Spirit Cult Soul Sages, learned of their plans involving Tang San, and entered the City of Slaughter with Leng Yuebai.
• Han Yuchen recognized Tang San as the Asura King, warned him that the Shadow Contract sought the Asura God’s inheritance, and secretly helped him withstand the City of Slaughter’s killing intent.
• Han Yuchen and Leng Yuebai fought alongside Tang San in Purgatory, freed Hu Liena from the Holy Son’s control, and defeated the mechanical Ten Headed Fierce Yang Serpent.
• Han Yuchen helped destroy the Blood Pool heart and escape Hell Road with Tang San, Hu Liena, and Leng Yuebai, then aided Tang Hao in protecting Tang San from Blood Bat Douluo.

Han Yuchen exposed the Shadow experiments and confronted Nightmare as Solonsen’s forces plunged Heaven Dou City into chaos. After gaining new power, he moved to disrupt the hidden array and encountered a corrupted Tang San.

• Han Yuchen treated Dugu Bo’s Shadow Virus, gained his loyalty, and sent him to investigate the royal family and Crown Prince Xue Qinghe.
• Han Yuchen exposed Qian Renxue’s disguise to her, fought off Shadow Demons, and discovered Nightmare’s underground laboratory, where he rescued prisoners and killed a stitched monster.
• Salas raided the Star Gazing Pavilion, but Han Yuchen defeated and bound him to report on Bibi Dong and Qian Renxue.
• At the Moon Gazing Banquet, Han Yuchen revealed Qian Renxue’s identity, fought her guards, and confronted Nightmare, who opened an anchor beneath the throne.
• Nightmare’s attack awakened a Shadow force that corrupted Qian Renxue’s Martial Soul, darkened Heaven Dou City, and turned civilians into Shadow Demons.
• Han Yuchen froze the monsters, learned that Solonsen’s followers planned to sacrifice the city, and absorbed a crystal core that raised his Soul Power to level eighty and evolved his Fourth Soul Ring.
• Han Yuchen traced the crisis to an array beneath the imperial palace, sent Dugu Bo to lure Prince Xue Xing toward it, and learned that Bibi Dong was holding Spirit Hall’s army outside the city.
• Han Yuchen found Tang San rampaging among Shadow Demon corpses, and Tang San turned on Dai Mubai and Oscar as Han Yuchen opened a dimensional passage.

Han Yuchen purifies Tang San, defeats the Shadow Emissaries, and uncovers the Shadow Canopy’s connection to the Angel God and Qian Renxue. He descends beneath Heaven Dou City and confronts Solonsen’s force as it emerges through an Abyss rift.

• Han Yuchen purified Tang San of Shadow Origin, destroyed the Asura God Shadow, and captured the Origin Slaughter Qi before Leng Yuebai collapsed from the backlash.
• Han Yuchen used Tang San as bait to draw the Shadow Emissaries toward Vermilion Bird Street, where he and Dugu Bo helped defeat them as they attacked the city.
• Han Yuchen traced the Shadow Canopy to the imperial palace, found Qian Renxue bound in its array, and revealed its connection to Angel Descent.
