Pandora looked over all the skeletons, then pointed at one in the far corner and gave her next command:
"Starting with that one, assemble yourselves in order!"
"Clatter!"
As Pandora's words fell, the skeletons immediately moved. The three skeletons closest to the one she had pointed at quickly climbed onto its body. Their bones twisted and interlocked, and before long, they formed a new Giant Skeleton.
Right after that, the fourth, fifth, and sixth skeletons moved closer. As nimble as apes, they climbed onto the Giant Skeleton's body and incorporated themselves into it.
The Giant Skeleton was now over two meters tall.
The seventh, eighth, and ninth skeletons, having waited for some time, jumped onto the Giant Skeleton and began assembling as well.
The tenth, eleventh, and twelfth skeletons refused to fall behind, joining together with the companions ahead of them.
Slowly, the Giant Skeleton grew to over three meters tall. Its body became "burly" and fairly imposing, and it could not help swinging an arm.
That movement seemed to release some sort of signal. More than half of the remaining skeletons suddenly rushed over in frantic competition, scrambling to jump onto the Giant Skeleton. Some succeeded, landing on its body and incorporating themselves into it. Others were dragged down by companions behind them halfway through their jump. Before they could react, the skeletons behind them stepped on their skulls and took the lead in joining the Giant Skeleton's body.
The small skeletons already incorporated into the Giant Skeleton began to resist, as if they felt it was becoming too crowded. Bones constantly extended from the Giant Skeleton's surface, trying to stop more small skeletons from approaching.
But the small skeletons waiting for an opportunity did not care. Unable to successfully assemble, they grew increasingly impatient. They ripped away the
