The area fell silent for a moment.
Tinwood, who had been watching the show from the side, glanced at Bi Bi, now split into two parts, then looked at Richard and asked in confusion, "What exactly is this? You saved her, then suddenly killed her? Isn't that turning on her a little too fast?"
"She revealed herself as an enemy. What else was I supposed to do?" Richard spread his hands. "If she were merely a little stupid, I would pity her. If she were merely an enemy, I would fight her. But she was both an enemy and a little stupid. She exposed her identity yet did not attack, instead continuing to stare at me as if she wanted to see how long I could endure. So I could only do this."
"Uh..." Tinwood did not know what to say for a moment. He merely looked toward Bi Bi's headless body with the pitying gaze one might give a mentally disabled child.
Just then, a voice suddenly rang out, loudly protesting with a hint of anger, "I'm not stupid! I'm not stupid at all! I just wanted to see from your reaction what I should do, but you reacted too quickly! You didn't give me any time to react!"
"Hm?"
"Hm?"
Tinwood and Richard turned their heads almost at the same time, looking at the... back of a head beneath a nearby tree.
The back of the head spoke. "Come here! Come here!"
"What for?" Richard asked.
"Come here and turn my face around. I want to talk to you," the back of the head said loudly.
The matter-of-fact tone left even Tinwood, who had lived so long, somewhat unable to understand. Ah, this did not seem like she was merely a little stupid. She was genuinely stupid.
