The world within the dome was another world. It seemed to be around noon, and the sky was exceedingly bright.
Across the vast land stood slender spires hundreds or even thousands of meters tall, thin as toothpicks. Because of their height, most of the spires swayed constantly in the wind, making one worry that they might snap.
Yet none of them broke. After this continued for a while, numerous figures suddenly flew out from the spires. Some turned into streaks of light and headed straight into the distance. Some landed atop the Magic Airships floating nearby. Others waved a hand, causing winged magical creatures to appear beneath them out of thin air, and rode them away.
It was clear that everyone was heading toward somewhere in the north, forming a massive procession in the sky.
At the very front of the procession were several enormous black shadows resembling islands.
Looking closely, one could see even more spires erected on those "islands" floating high in the air. People stood all around the spires, but because the "islands" were so enormous, every person looked as tiny as an ant.
These were the Floating Cities, one of the top-tier magical creations recorded in the materials of the Ancient Wizard Civilization.
Led by several large floating islands, the entire procession continued onward. After some time, it reached its destination.
The so-called destination was a fantastical city straight out of a dream.
The buildings in the city came in every conceivable shape, as though they had been piled together from building blocks.
Some buildings seemed to completely defy the laws of physics. For instance, some had bases no larger than a palm, yet grew bigger and bigger upward, like inverted pyramids.
Some buildings were formed from stacks of cubes, but the cubes were not
