He held a prism over ten centimeters long and five or six centimeters thick in his hand, turning it over idly. The entire prism was pale green, somewhat like emerald ore, but it was not. This was the heartwood of the Giant Tree Xi Mu from before.

A week earlier, he had used the Gloves of Extinction in the Barren Forest to destroy the main body of the Giant Tree Xi Mu. Its heartwood had been exposed and pierced through the golden light in an attempt to flee, but he had forcibly stopped it.

Afterward, he had placed the heartwood into the Space Iron Ring and brought it back.

On one hand, he wanted to study the secrets of it as a Longevity Singular Species. On the other, he wanted to see whether it could serve as an "engine" to supply energy for purifying his Uranium-235.
