Waiting, waiting...
Tris stood before a black Giant Door dozens of meters tall, wrapped in a pure black cloak that covered his entire body, patiently waiting for it to fully open.
"Creeeak..."
Amid the piercing noise, the Giant Door could be seen turning at an angular velocity of less than one degree per second. It was expected to take more than a minute to open completely.
Behind Tris stood more than a dozen people dressed like him, all of them his companions. There was also a black ship parked on the ground. The ship was over twenty meters long and roughly five meters wide, its surface covered in countless magical runes. Three silvery-white metal coffins, one large and two small, lay across its deck.
Faint white chill seeped from the gaps in the coffins. The instant it touched the air, it froze the moisture within into ice crystals. Before long, the coffins were gradually covered in white frost.
Waiting, continuing to wait...
"Creak, creak... crack!"
At last, the Giant Door fully opened. A man dressed in the same pure black cloak, wearing round-rimmed glasses, emerged from within. He held a thick stack of paper documents filled with dense writing.
The man who emerged glanced at Tris and the others, lightly adjusted his glasses, and slowly asked, "What is it?"
Can't you tell? Tris dearly wanted to sneer, but he was relatively cautious by nature. In the end, he merely pointed at the black ship beside him and curled his lip. "We've brought three Sealed Items for containment."
"Rustle, rustle!" The bespectacled man lowered his head and flipped through the documents. He finally stopped on one page, read it for a moment, nodded lightly, and looked back at Tris. "There is indeed an application record for delivering Sealed Items for containment.
