A streak of gray light cut across the sky, then rapidly descended and landed on the ground.

With a loud crash, dust slowly rose. A figure stood up amid the dust—it was Richard.
Smelling the earthy scent of dust in the air, Richard frowned slightly. He pressed his hand downward, causing the air pressure around him to surge sharply and force the rising dust back to the ground. His vision immediately cleared.
After doing this, he looked ahead and fixed his gaze on an unremarkable patch of open ground.
That was the entrance to the Delan Branch base of the Truth Society. Having come here many times, he was already quite familiar with it.
He stepped forward, reached out to open it, and walked down the stairs.
