Richard expanded Thirteen Mine while secretly extracting uranium to pursue nuclear research and investigate the Extraordinary Particle. After a suspicious death and a Truth Society warning, he prepared for supernatural threats as the Society sent Qiekafu to inspect the region.

• Didak and Bo Fei found that Thirteen Mine’s hiring quota was full, but Hua Wen directed them to Sean’s dangerous, highly paid demolition squad.
• Didak and Bo Fei passed Sean’s explosive test, and Didak joined the squad, helping coordinate blasts that shattered mine walls for ore collection.
• Richard tested powdered ore from Thirteen Mine and concluded that the deposit held uranium, which could support nuclear weapons research and his search for an Extraordinary Particle.
• Richard traced the deposit and heard Hua Erzi report rapid production, then ordered him to acquire nearby mines as the alchemy-item shortage grew.
• Richard found Ford dead at the mine and used Soul Echo to view Ford’s final memories, then warned Bobobo Wei Qi that the Truth Society might threaten their identities.

• A Fu and Pandora confronted Qiekafu when he infiltrated the mine, and A Fu fought him while Pandora called for help.
• Qiekafu used Angel Blood to overpower A Fu, but Richard arrived and killed him before he could finish the lich.
• A red feather entered miner Wulusi and revived Qiekafu’s will, which gradually drove him to investigate the mine.
• After an accident transferred Wulusi to factory work, Qiekafu’s will led him into the abandoned warehouse, where he found corrosive mineral powders.
• Wulusi killed guards and escaped with a box of mineral powder, while Richard told Pandora and A Fu that he had prepared for another infiltration.

Richard survived Qiekafu’s inquiry and pursued uranium purification and enrichment while the investigation exposed threats around Shangbala Town. He ended the arc testing laser separation and expanding his laboratory, with Sherlock fleeing toward Faro City and Circe continuing her work on the Ancient Ruins text.
