The Ice God Temple and Spirit Pagoda emerged as major forces, and Huo Yuhao completed his second Ice God trial as the factions prepared to avoid clashing before the quarterfinals.

• Huo Yuhao and Ma Xiaotao refined Soul Pills, and Huo Yuhao arranged their production and auctioning with Shrek while developing a semi-automatic pill furnace and custom Soul Tools.
• Huo Yuhao revived Dai Huabin in the Undead Demi-plane, tested his control of bodily water, and later developed Captain America’s Shield, learning that its hidden power was tied to a god choosing an inheritor.
• Zhuge Lan learned that Tang San intended to kill Huo Yuhao, prepared safeguards for his survival, and helped Huo Yuhao confront the danger while the team fought the Hand of Death Bandit Group.

Huo Yuhao and Zhuge Lan strengthened their allies, expanded the Sacred Fire Cult, and led Shrek through the tournament while preparing for conflict with Tang San. The arc ended with Zhuge Lan confronting God King Tang before the God Realm as the God King of Destruction intervened.

• Huo Yuhao used the Starry Light Grand Auction to buy Soul Tools, Soul Bones, and the sealed Snow Empress embryo, then Zhuge Lan restored Snow Empress and helped Huo Yuhao gain new powers.
• Zhuge Lan and Electrolux removed Tang Wutong’s sealed memories and Tang San’s bloodline powers from Wang Dong’er, while Huo Yuhao declared Tang San his enemy.

Zhuge Lan and Huo Yuhao secured divine trials, won the Continental Advanced Soul Master Academy Tournament with Shrek, and negotiated with Di Tian over Soul Spirit and mount contracts. The arc ended with Di Tian refusing to become Huo Yuhao’s Soul Spirit but offering to bring him another Soul Beast.

• Zhuge Lan exposed Tang San’s actions, imprisoned his retreating divine sense, and negotiated with the God King of Destruction for Huo Yuhao’s mother’s soul and divine positions.
• Zhuge Lan completed most of the Destruction God’s trials, while Huo Yuhao tested his second avatar’s power and began recovering it with a Life Tree branch.
• Huo Yuhao learned Dai Luoli was alive, reunited with him, and gave him cultivation techniques and supplies.
• Shrek defeated Spirit Pagoda and faced the Hall of Light God in the tournament final, where Huo Yuhao and Hall Master of Light fought to a draw.
• Huang Jinxu declared Shrek the champion, and Xu Jiawei awarded the team six Ten Thousand Year Soul Bones.
• Huo Yuhao and the other experts traveled to the Star Dou Great Forest, where Mu En confronted Di Tian and Huo Yuhao revealed the Water Dragon King’s remains.
• Huo Yuhao explained Soul Spirit and mount contracts to Di Tian, who agreed to allow willing Soul Beasts to contract with humans.
