Su Mu caught and contracted a Kong Yao, which brought him an unusual emerald-green sapling. After the sapling grew into a powerful willow tree overnight, Su Mu discovered its branches could serve as weapons and noticed something growing on another branch.

  • Su Mu wove five Fish Traps, then found a purplish-red Kong Yao in one and formed a contract with it.
  • The Kong Yao brought Su Mu an emerald-green sapling, and he used 20 Favor Points to heal its wound.

  • The willow tree gave Su Mu a branch, and his casual strike with it split Captain America's Shield in two.
  • The willow lowered another branch with something growing on it, leaving Su Mu wondering what it was.

Ch. 23In the Blink of an Eye, He Had Become a Celestial Venerable!

  • Han Xiaopao instructed the twelve to take over their former territories and maintain stability if he was gone.
  • At the cliff, Han Xiaopao recalled making a contract with a mysterious man on a river and owing him ten treasures.

Ch. 24He Is My Creditor

  • Han Xiaopao told the twelve that his creditor might be stronger than him and could threaten the Spirit Realm after he ascended.
  • Han Xiaopao gave the twelve a blurry portrait and instructed them to tell his creditor he had ascended and left what he owed somewhere in the Spirit Realm.
  • Han Xiaopao entrusted the Spirit Realm's affairs to the twelve and announced he would enter seclusion for a hundred years to undergo his tribulation.
  • Su Mu checked the five hundred Favor Points he had earned, fell asleep beneath a willow tree, and was fanned by a drooping branch.
  • After nearly two hours of sleep, Su Mu sensed something in his dreams, opened his eyes, and walked toward the shore.

Ch. 25With a Wave of His Hand, He Shattered All Their Pride

Ch. 28Treasure Crab! Is This Really an Ordinary Crab?

Su Mu discovered that the crabs he had caught were Treasure Crabs and spent two days cooking them with Spirit Fire. Eating them completed his Spleen Divine Treasury, and he then sensed a faint pulse of life inside the female crab’s shell.

  • Su Mu tried to steam the three crabs, but ordinary fire left them unharmed, so he used Spirit Fire until they were cooked on the third day.
  • Su Mu found golden claw meat and black, crystal-like roe inside the female crab, while the male crab’s claws proved too tough to open and its belly was empty.
  • Su Mu ate the edible crab meat and roe, then cultivated for a day as he digested their energy and completed his Spleen Divine Treasury.
  • Su Mu examined the female crab’s shell after sensing a faint fluctuation of life inside it and spotted something that surprised him.

Ch. 29Ancient Yue Beast, the Vanished World

Ch. 34Did I Say You Could Cross?

Su Mu made the five travelers sign Loan Contracts as their River Crossing Fee, charging Ye Fan far more than the others. After letting their boat depart, he spotted something on its stern and stopped it again.

  • Ye Fan offered to sign an IOU, but Su Mu prepared contracts for the other four travelers first, each demanding ten treasures and ten billion spirit stones.

  • Ye Fan asked Su Mu what he wanted this time, struggling to contain his anger.

Ch. 35Future Self, Past Self, Time Karma

Su Mu earned a large reward for letting Ye Fan and the other Transmigrators cross the river, then spent most of it increasing his River Affinity. In the Black Central Realm, four Emperors learned that their mission had changed: they had to travel seven thousand years into the past and kill a weaker version of their target.

  • Su Mu inspected the Small Boat, released the Stillness on the river, and let Ye Fan and the other Transmigrators continue toward Big Dipper.

Ch. 38Are You Always This Bold?

  • Cosmos Emperor gave up his Mourning Blood Embryo, and South Emperor surrendered three treasures.
  • Dark Emperor gave Su Mu his Space Ring, keeping only his two Natal Magic Treasures.
  • Su Mu lifted the restriction on the river and used his Water Control Mystical Power to send the coffin and the Four Emperors far downstream.
  • The system rewarded Su Mu with 9,000 Favor Points, and the Four Emperors realized they had arrived somewhere unfamiliar.

  • Bone Emperor headed north while the other Emperors searched east, south, and west, agreeing to return every hundred years.
