These days, martial arts flourished throughout the world. Martial artists wantonly slaughtered others, and countless people died beneath the Slaughter Blade in the Devil Realm almost every day.
When martial artists sought revenge, it was always a matter of life and death. The victor naturally lived, while the loser naturally died. Thus, in many people's eyes, Contemplation Cliff and prisons seemed completely unnecessary.
In reality, however, whether in the Devil Realm, the Barren Ancient Continent, the Celestial God Tomb, the Spirit World, or other realms, every powerful sect that commanded the winds and clouds and every family force that dominated a region had places like Contemplation Cliff and prisons within their ranks.
