• Hua Muqing told Lin Bai that the Alliance Leaders believed Li Tianying and planned to attack Nanxi City that night.

The Alliance Army was ambushed at Nanxi City by demons from Sky Eagle City and White Snake City, then discovered that Tide City and several other human cities had fallen. With only Moonrise City remaining, Lin Bai told Meng Li that they had to win the coming battle.

• The alliance leaders realized Nanxi City held an ambush force from Sky Eagle City and White Snake City, and learned that Li Tianying had disappeared.
• Hua Muqing urged the Alliance Army to withdraw toward Tide City because other demon cities were attacking the human strongholds.

Xuan Qing and four of the Five Demons led an assault on Moonrise City, whose defenders were badly outnumbered. Lin Bai arrived as Wu Ming faced a lethal attack and killed the demon threatening him.

• With Moonrise City’s defenders losing ground, Wu Ming prepared to retreat, while Xuan Qing’s arrow wounded Lin Bai and Shu Xiang shielded him from another shot.
• As Xuan Qing fired a third arrow, Lin Bai caught it and revealed white hair and a demonic flower extending from his eye toward his heart.

• Hua Muqing led tens of thousands of martial artists toward Moonrise City and assured Yang Ying that a certain woman would prevent the city from falling.
• The Boar Demon King’s forces broke into Moonrise City and attacked the teleportation array, while Wu Ming and more than five hundred martial artists vowed to defend it.
• Lin Bai tried to return to the city, but the Serpent Demon King and Fox Demon Queen blocked him until a female voice called out Heaven Sealing Breath.
