Lin Bai passed the Eternal Devil Sect’s trials, concealed his Heaven Swallowing Race identity, and became the master of Sword Hiding Hermitage. After taking control of its treasures and defending it from the Bear Province Alliance, he prepared for the Heng Province Alliance to challenge him.

• Lin Bai restrained his Four Intentions of Extinction to pass the first trial, then entered the mountains for the Devil Orb challenge with Qingqiu Yun, Yang Chang, and the other candidates.
• Lin Bai joined the candidates in challenging the Heng Province Alliance blockade, defeated Senior Brother Wu and the inner disciples, and seized the Myriad Formation Banner.

• Old Mei offered Lin Bai protection in exchange for the Hermitage’s resources, but Lin Bai refused and proposed a sales split that the Heng Province Alliance rejected.
• Hundreds of Heng Province Alliance martial artists invaded the Sword Hiding Hermitage, and Lin Bai defeated them with his nine God Seals and Demon Sword before revealing that he had noticed the hidden observers.
