Background / History

Azure Rainbow was originally known as Iron Arrow Green. After Ji Xinghuo fused with Symbiotic Resonance, the two formed a Battle Pet bond; Ren Mian gave it the name “Azure Rainbow.” The bond also gave Ji Xinghuo access to a second Myriad Stellar Eye interface through which he could inspect and upgrade its abilities using Spirit Source Energy. 73 84

Originally an Elite serpentine spirit creature, Azure Rainbow accumulated power through Ji Xinghuo's upgrades and hunting campaigns. Upgrading Golden Scale Iron Spine to Level 4 finally initiated its five-hour evolution into a Super Group Golden Scale Python, awakening Great Change. 128 129

After devouring a Nile River Monitor Lizard, Azure Rainbow underwent Gene Recombination, grew limbs and claws, and developed into a heavily armored lizard-like form. It gained Gene Recombination and Void-Rending Claw, beginning an evolutionary path increasingly tied to dragons, gravity, and spatial abilities. 211

Its next evolution transformed it into the horned, four-legged Vacuum Kirin. This form awakened Vacuum Induction and Teleportation, while Titanium Cobalt Dragon Blood gave it the aura and physical qualities of a True Dragon. 270 383

Azure Rainbow later fused with Astral Leap and Phase Shift, substantially expanding its mobility and survival options. Azure Rainbow can drastically alter its size, from a small pocket-sized reptile to a colossal dragon-like beast. Its appearance has changed repeatedly through evolution and Gene Recombination. 212 489

Azure Rainbow initially possesses intelligence comparable to a six- or seven-year-old child. It is expressive, eager for evolution, and quickly learns that Ji Xinghuo can strengthen it through Spirit Source Energy. 128 245

It is food-motivated and enjoys grilled meat and snacks, but has developed clear preferences: it refused to consume a Flying Ray corpse for Gene Recombination because of its smell. 152 391

Despite its animal nature, Azure Rainbow shows initiative and self-awareness. It specifically wanted Astral Leap, chose Spirit Energy as its preferred shared ability, and selected a Vacuum Stringer-oriented path instead of simply accepting Ji Xinghuo's preferred choice. 391 438
