Only the former Tenth Calamity had died. The current Tenth Calamity was still the Film Crew itself, unchanged in the slightest. It could even be said that what had happened within the Film Crew was merely a normal personnel reassignment.
Buried underground, the enraged Eighth Calamity did not dare report them out of spite, either. In the end, he might instead be found to have violated the rules and receive severe punishment.
Within the Film Crew
There was still some time between the end of filming and the premiere, during which post-production and editing had to be completed.
The lead actor—Bandit Bartol—had died in the final scene. He would continue operating in the Dead Sea Kingdom as one of the dead, under Director Cao's direct management. Naturally, his status would not be low.
Inside the director's office,
As one of the Film Crew's principal leaders, he was practically in tears. The major reform Yi Chen had brought about this time was simply too meaningful. He had long grown tired of this fixed filming model, and this collective strengthening was of great importance to the entire Film Crew.
Of course, although most of it was good news, there were also drawbacks.
With Miles's complete death, the Film Crew currently had no individual combatant it could bring out. It had effectively changed from a force focused on individual targets into a collective one.
But when it came to collective strength, it naturally could not compare with the Eighth Calamity, that special existence.
Its overall strength had fallen sharply, and it would have even less say at the Calamity meetings in the future.
It would be fine if the Film Crew had enough time to develop, but malice had already begun infiltrating the Prime Material Plane. The final battle probably would not wait
