Inside the mecha bay of the Black Skull Pirate Crew's flagship, the Field Mouse, the pilots of the remaining five mechas had adrenaline surging through their veins. Just moments ago, forty-five of their comrades had exploded into bursts of fire right before their eyes.

"Come on!" The pilot of one of the five mechas viciously shoved the mecha's engine controls forward and rammed straight at the enemy mecha, buying time for the other four.

But in the next second, the pilot's vision suddenly went black. The screen flickered, then went black again.

Urgent alarms sounded inside the Mecha Cockpit. "Warning: Radar transmitter damaged 100%!"

"Warning: Backup radar transmitter damaged 100%!"

Boom! The mecha pilot felt his entire body spinning wildly, followed by a tremendous impact and the warnings of the mecha system.

The pilot felt as though he had taken a tumble, but unable to see outside, he had no idea what had happened.

Outside, the remaining four mechas saw their comrade charge forward, only for sparks to burst across his mech's body. It was the result of being struck by laser cannon fire.

But the four were not worried. Judging from the damage, the enemy mecha's laser cannons had not been set to high power.
