As one of the Co-Lords of the Demon Race, he bore its boundless destiny, enough to make even Saints wary. Though he had yet to fully refine the Chaos Bell, the power of half-control alone was enough to make the heavens retreat.
Moreover, in the current world, the Six Disciples under Hongjun had yet to attain the Dao, leaving the Saint positions vacant. Throughout the Primordial World, apart from the Dao Ancestor and the mysterious Su Yang of East Sea Tai Chu Island, Di Jun and Tai Yi controlled the Demon Court and ruled over countless races. They could be called the ultimate hegemonic force.
Even so, Tai Yi could only barely drive the Chaos Bell and was unable to truly merge it with himself. His Severing the Corpse relied on other Spiritual Treasures for support.
