A Note on Going Premium. I was suddenly told the recommendation hadn't advanced, so I could only put the book behind a paywall.

I don't have much saved up, but I'll try to update more often.

Also, here's the customary note for going premium... The inspiration for this book came when I happened to see that the Aizen vs. Grimjow PV had been updated again, and an unrealistic idea suddenly occurred to me.

What kind of impact would it have on the future plot if the protagonist could return to the past, consider matters from the same perspective as Aizen, and act alongside him? I had many ideas, but once I actually started writing, it became this kind of teacher-student relationship.

This was actually a rather lazy approach, since my original plan was to write a story where they enrolled together with Aizen, grew together, and ultimately helped each other achieve greatness.

But unfortunately, I had no confidence in writing that kind of story.

Because fundamentally, I too am just an ordinary person looking up at a character like Aizen in admiration.

If I couldn't truly understand him, how could I possibly write Aizen's confusion and inner conflict?

All I could say was that admiration really was the emotion farthest from understanding...

Still, I was personally quite satisfied with their current dynamic. Writing Aizen from the perspective of a mentor was something I could somewhat handle—after all, given this man's loneliness, he would probably enjoy nurturing a companion who could stand shoulder to shoulder with him, wouldn't he?

Also, regarding romance.

At first, I really had considered writing it as a harem, but I hesitated after Retsu Unohana became involved.
