"Why don't you go to heaven?"
Lu Sheng resisted the urge to slap his son to death. The boy had not the slightest bit of realism or groundedness.
He had not learned a shred of his father's ability, yet somehow he had learned to talk big.
"Enough, enough. Stop talking." Lu Sheng feared that if he kept listening, he really would lose control and hit him.
"I'll give you a cultivation method later. Go back and practice it properly. Also, make arrangements for the Zhou Family members on your side. Before long, this place may become dangerous."
"Dangerous?" Lu Ning froze. "With Dad here, what danger could there be?"
"I'm not invincible." Lu Sheng sighed. "There are many, many beings in this world stronger than me, so—"
"I understand." Lu Ning nodded. "No wonder you waited until now to come find me. You wanted to completely deal with those powerful enemies before coming for me. Looking at it that way, you must now possess the supreme strength to handle them—"
"I couldn't find you in the first place!" Lu Sheng finally could not hold back and slapped his son on the forehead.
"So where are we going?" Though it had come out of nowhere, Lu Ning clutched his head and swiftly accepted Lu Sheng's intention to have them leave.
"Somewhere very safe. The Black Cherry Star System. You needn't worry about safety; everyone there is one of mine," Lu Sheng said calmly.
"Understood. I'll go back and prepare at once. By the way, Dad, is there a limit on the number of people?"
"No more than a hundred," Lu Sheng answered.
That concluded the simple exchange between father and son. Lu Sheng tossed a copy of the Load Fighting Art to his son and had him train his body first.
