The Lord of Storms' "Concern"

Hobart, within the Country of Disorder, withdrew his gaze and could not help sighing. Amon's avatars were still as damned as ever! Naturally, Klein would handle the aftermath of this hunt for Amon's avatar.

Hobart returned to the real world and used travel to arrive at Tuthuga Port, where massive construction was still underway. He inspected the preparations there.

The entire port had already reached the scale of a small city. People bustled everywhere. They were staff for the casinos, auction houses, brothels, and other establishments being built there—in essence, people working for Hobart.

The expanded harbor in the distance was already packed with all kinds of ships, the vast majority of them pirate vessels, though none flew pirate flags.

Only a small number of naval ships were docked there, serving as a form of surveillance over the pirates and observation of Tuthuga Port's intentions.

They did not attack each other, merely watched each other.

They were all waiting for Tuthuga Port's opening tomorrow.

After making a round of the harbor, Hobart heard Klein's prayer to the Creator from within the Country of Disorder.

He returned to the Governor's Office study, entered the Country of Disorder, opened the sacrificial gate, and collected the six Time Worms Klein had sacrificed. They were spoils of war for the Creator.

This hunt had come to a highly satisfactory conclusion.

After nightfall, Hobart and Fors went to Tuthuga Port together to make the final preparations for tomorrow's opening.

A new week began, and the sky over Tuthuga Port on Longtail Island gradually brightened. As two banners were raised in the harbor, Tuthuga Port officially reopened.
