On the morning of July 8, all the people of Atlantis were summoned or gathered of their own accord.
Some had set out at dawn and traveled a long way from their villages to the towns.
Others had arrived at city squares half an hour early, waiting to watch the Emperor's coronation ceremony.
Without exception, a large silvery-white screen hung before them. They were all curious: what kind of technological product could let them watch the coronation in Caesar Port? Though everyone had gathered together, the situations in the south and north were somewhat different.
The southern part of the Southern Continent was Atlantis's core territory, where Hobart enjoyed great prestige. Upon hearing that the King was to be crowned Emperor, everyone was excited and thrilled.
After gathering together, they eagerly discussed the tremendous victories they had achieved before.
The north, however, had only just been occupied, and the land had not even been distributed yet. People were generally indifferent toward this coronation ceremony. Many were furious at being gathered together so early in the morning, but they did not dare voice objections to the Village Chief.
At eight in the morning, images suddenly appeared on every silvery-white screen across Atlantis.
The people cried out in surprise. Only after expressing their disbelief and astonishment did they begin to carefully watch the images on the screens.
Inside a spacious, lofty hall, people dressed in magnificent attire were all looking outside.
Beyond the hall doors, a figure in solemn black ceremonial robes slowly approached. He looked quite young, yet his face was grave, and his imposing aura made those before the screens afraid to breathe too heavily.
This was not actually some "high technology." It was an "Extraordinary broadcast" Hobart had created using Beverly and the power of the Country of Disorder.
