Three Punches, Two Kicks

The heavens and earth were gray and hazy, the cold wind howled.

The enormous blast scattered the snowflakes drifting faintly through the air. A great snake with half its head missing screamed as it burst from the water, its back covered in white flowers. It flew a hundred zhang into the air, traced an arc, and crashed heavily onto the surface.

Boom! Waves leaped high, then fell and subsided.

Thick black-red blood spread and churned, carrying a stench of blood on the cold wind.

Water birds shrieked, braving the wind and snow as they folded their wings, extended their talons, and dove.

The fish school ignored the danger and rushed forward to snatch food. Even the filter-feeding silver carp and bighead carp were opening and closing their mouths now, desperately swallowing chunks of flesh.

Splash! The White Ape emerged from the water. The western wind was biting, sweeping snowflakes around his body. Before they could melt, they seemed to form a fresh layer of dense white down over him.

One punch had hammered a Great Monster Spirit to death.
