Isobel lightly pressed Albert's body with her fair, slender fingers, a hint of schadenfreude on her face as she clearly recalled the painful days when she had first started practicing yoga.
"It's not like I practice yoga every day like you do."
Albert sighed helplessly and let Isobel manipulate his arms. His body truly was no longer as flexible as before. There was nothing to be done about it; even with Level Two Yoga, Albert could not reverse the effects on his body.
"That's because you've been slacking off lately."
"No, it's because no one's been practicing with me lately." After Albert went to Hogwarts, he had temporarily given up many habits he had developed before, such as jogging and martial arts. Other than an egg and a glass of milk every morning, he had managed to keep almost none of them.

Of course, another reason was that practicing alone was quite boring, and Hogwarts was not a suitable place to act too differently from everyone else.
