Emeline Vance slipped into a house near Amelia Bones's home. Since its owner had left it vacant for a long time, it had been temporarily requisitioned by the Order of the Phoenix.
"The Peeping Mirror went off twice. At first, I suspected Death Eaters had come to scout the place, but when I went out to check, I found nothing."
