Isobel looked up at her husband, who was flipping through a manuscript, then folded the newspaper in her hands and sighed softly.
Albert had gone out for a walk last night, and today's Daily Prophet had suddenly erupted with so much Heavy News.
Though Albert had returned early last night, Isobel knew he had a Time-Turner.
"What is it?" Albert asked, turning his head.
"Britain isn't safe right now. Don't go out at night anymore." Isobel bent down and kissed Albert on the forehead. "Otherwise, I'll worry."
"Sorry for making you worry." Albert was rather helpless. It was hardly surprising that Isobel had spotted the problem from the newspaper.
"All right, I forgive you." Isobel took out two books and waved them in front of Albert. "But you have to read this with me later."
"Infant Care Guide?"
"Yes. Everyone at home is reading it now, so naturally you have to read it with us."
"Of course. Once I finish reading this manuscript, we'll read it together." Albert felt somewhat guilty about neglecting his duties. He knew he had to shoulder a father's responsibilities instead of leaving Isobel to bear all the pressure.
Besides, Isobel was right. Albert truly had no experience. Although this irresponsible father had already planned to hand the burden of caring for the baby to someone else, he still needed to learn about it and fulfill a father's proper duties.
