As March approached, Harry finally held another DA Meeting after everyone kept urging him to. Just before the gathering ended, everyone was surprised to discover that Fred, George, and Lee Jordan had quietly appeared in the Room of Requirement.
All three of them wore striking black leather jackets, drawing countless eyes.
"Those black leather jackets are really cool."
Ernie Macmillan walked over to Cedric and asked tentatively, "Do you know where they bought those jackets?"
"They're a new product from Elegant Wizarding Apparel. I heard the shop got the idea from Albert's Dragonhide Robes." Cedric guessed what Ernie was thinking and kindly warned him, "Those things are frighteningly expensive."
"Very expensive?" Ernie raised an eyebrow.
"I can't afford one, anyway." Cedric was rather envious. He had only just started working and simply could not scrape together several hundred Galleons for a leather jacket. Although several of them had offered to lend him the money first, Cedric declined their kindness after a brief consideration.

"That's right. Minister of Magic Scrimgeour had one custom-made for himself too. If they weren't so expensive, he'd probably have ordered one for every senior official at the Ministry of Magic."
