He had never believed that Charity Burbage's case would make the other Muggle-born wizards in the magical world wary, nor did he believe that the Twins' Radio Station could keep everyone vigilant. Usually, people only developed a sense of crisis when death was upon them, only then did they truly see the truth.
Even he would be the same. People always liked to cling to that last shred of hope. There was nothing to be done about that.
Still, Albert believed Kingsley would be able to solve the problem after it happened.
As long as the members of the Order of the Phoenix were not too stubborn, once the Ministry of Magic completely collapsed and fell under Voldemort's control, they should come to their senses and understand what they needed to do.
At the very least, Sirius would remind everyone to rally around Albert.
Perhaps because he had successfully escaped death, Sirius Black had indeed changed a great deal. Otherwise, Fred and George alone really would have had a hard time handling things. If they let the Order of the Phoenix flail about blindly, they would all end up dead.
