Albert studied the people opposite him. Sure enough, they were all acquaintances and supporters of Harry.
No one spoke. They merely watched Albert quietly, waiting to see what he had to say.
Albert got straight to the point. "In today's British magical world, many wizards have chosen to remain neutral, play both sides, or side with Lord Voldemort. All we can do now is gather like-minded people to resist Lord Voldemort."
"Of course, there's an even more important reason."
"What reason?" Hannah asked.
"According to that prophecy from more than ten years ago, Harry and Lord Voldemort are destined to have a battle. He needs everyone's support." Albert revealed a truly explosive piece of news.
"Is this the important matter Harry mentioned?" Dean could not help asking.
"Yes. Harry is preparing for it."
"We can't just stand by and watch him fight alone against Lord Voldemort and his vast number of lackeys. He needs help, and right now, only we can help him."
The moment Albert finished speaking, he received a round of applause.
"Of course, fighting Dark wizards is extremely dangerous. There's no need for meaningless sacrifices, but don't be discouraged by that. Even if some of you are too young or not skilled enough to fight and ultimately cannot take to the battlefield, you can still contribute your share to helping Harry defeat Lord Voldemort."
"We can fight too. We're not afraid of death," the Creevey brothers protested unhappily.
"I know," Albert said gently. "Don't worry. You'll still need to undergo rigorous Defence Against the Dark Arts training, so you can protect yourselves better."
"Will you teach us?" Dean looked at Albert expectantly. "By the way, does this mean we've joined the Defence Association?"
