Over the next few days, the Defence Association members continued enthusiastically clearing out the Inferi hidden in that forest under the leadership of Fred, George, Lee Jordan, and Cedric.
Although the initial thrill of destroying Inferi had faded, everyone remained highly motivated to keep clearing them out after clearly sensing how rapidly their strength was improving.
This was far more interesting than staying at the Association Headquarters to practise spells. Moreover, once they had learned how to deal with Inferi, they hardly encountered any serious trouble. While destroying them, they could even test some of their bolder ideas on the Inferi, which brought everyone no small amount of fun.
If Inferi had not been so hideous, many members would have wanted to eat, sleep, and fight Inferi all day.
After all, for safety reasons, they were obviously not allowed to leave the Association Headquarters recklessly.
Aside from their daily training and exchanging insights on spells, they could only pass the rest of their time by playing Wizard Cards or Wizard's Chess. Some members had even learned how to cook simple meals for themselves.
That alone showed just how stifled they had become.

During that time, the main group encountered a band of Dark wizards who had come to investigate the area, and the two sides had nearly come to blows.
