Power of Love. Since overhearing the brief conversation between the two of them, Ginny had been completely lost.

Although she had told Harry then that she had no regrets, Ginny clearly hadn't been mentally prepared to bear all of this.

She had been crushed by the cruel truth.

Even her feelings for Harry weren't enough to support her as she pulled herself together again.

There was no doubt that Ginny liked Harry.

But after learning that Harry would very likely die in the near future, she truly couldn't accept it for the moment, much less understand why things had turned out this way.

Ginny had once wanted to loudly question Harry, to ask why he had to be the one to die.

But Harry's indifferent attitude toward life and death made Ginny swallow all her words.

For the first time, she hated the Savior so much, hated that damned title.

Once upon a time, Ginny had admired Harry immensely because he was the Savior, but now that identity had brought him death.

It was all so despairing that Ginny nearly went mad. The happiness she had finally grasped had slipped through her fingers without her noticing.

"Ginny, I'm coming in!"

Hermione knocked on the door and entered. Seeing the red-haired girl sitting on the bed with her knees hugged to her chest, sobbing uncontrollably, she took out a handkerchief and handed it over, then gently patted her back, trying to offer what little comfort she could.

"Why did it turn out like this?" Ginny looked up at Hermione, her face covered in tears.

"Sorry. I know this news is hard for you to bear, but I thought you would want to know," Hermione murmured.

"Do the others know?" Ginny asked as she accepted the handkerchief and wiped away her tears.
