Difficult Problem Since the Ministry of Magic established that damned "Monitoring Committee," the entire British magical world had been thrown into chaos. Many wizarding families with relatives whose "whereabouts were unknown" received special attention from the Ministry, especially those with any connection to Albert who had not chosen to go into hiding. They all had to make a trip to the Ministry and explain where their missing relatives had gone and whether they were fighting the Ministry alongside Albert Anderson. Quite a few wizarding families were fined because of this and even locked up in the Ministry's temporary prison.
The matter even made the front page of the Daily Prophet. The Ministry also called on missing wizards to voluntarily report to the Ministry to clear up the misunderstanding.
"I warned them."
Cedric's hand trembled slightly as he held the latest issue of the Daily Prophet.
It was not just the Diggorys who had been arrested. Other Association members had been caught up in it too, including refugees hiding in the Shelter, such as Angelina's father, Mr. Johnson.
"What should we do?"
Angelina helplessly turned to Fred for help. Unfortunately, even Fred could not think of a good solution.
