Percy, who had just returned to his bedroom to fetch the draft before heading to the temporary office, suddenly stopped and turned to look at the crowd packed into the corridor outside the Meeting Room. He could not help frowning. "What are you all doing crammed in here?"
"They're curious about what Albert is discussing with Harry, Hermione, and Ron."

Ginny was more concerned about Harry's safety. Though she knew some things might be unavoidable, she could not help worrying.

Percy felt that instead of crowding here and waiting for information they would never get, they would be better off doing something more meaningful, such as preparing for the coming Hogwarts Great Battle.

No, it should have been Kingsley's job, but Kingsley was abroad running around for the Great Battle, leaving most matters for Percy to handle.
"Aren't you curious at all?"
"Keep this sort of thing buried in your heart. Don't spread it around."
"Tch!"
Although they had forgiven Percy for his "betrayal," they still found him terribly dull.
"You should be focusing on the upcoming Hogwarts Great Battle." Percy looked at the useless lot before him with considerable disdain and said reproachfully, "Or are you planning to make no preparations at all and charge headlong into the damned Wizarding War?"
